VIP Tables at Knockdown Center

Knockdown Center sells each event on its own, and how groups and tables work depends on the promoter of the night. Tell us on WhatsApp which event, the date and how many you are, and we'll tell you what's possible.

How to Get to Knockdown Center

The address is 52-19 Flushing Ave in Maspeth, Queens. BASEMENT shares the address but has its own entrance, so check which venue your ticket is for. Club events ask for photo ID, and guides note that a passport works. For help with a specific event, message us on WhatsApp.

Dress Code & Entry Requirements

We haven't found a published dress code for Knockdown Center; it changes with the event, from techno parties to concerts and art shows. For club nights, comfortable clothes and shoes you can stand in for hours are the safe choice.

A 1903 factory with four spaces

Knockdown Center is a former glass factory from 1903 on Flushing Ave in Maspeth, turned into four spaces for house, techno, pop, art and performance, according to Resident Advisor's guide to New York clubs. It doesn't run fixed weekly nights. Each event brings its own promoter, lineup and hours, so a Saturday can be a techno all-nighter one week and a concert the next. Guides mention long day-and-night events and Sunday day parties when the weather allows. That variety is the point: check the event first, then plan the night.

The Ruins in summer, BASEMENT below

Outside, The Ruins is the open-air space that comes alive in summer. In 2026 it hosted Tiki Disco on July 19 and SG Lewis on August 21, and it makes Maspeth one of the places in the city to dance in daylight. Underneath the building, BASEMENT runs its own techno and house parties with its own entrance and stricter house rules (no phones or photos). People often mix the two up, so check your ticket: same address, different clubs. If you want both in one weekend, we can help you plan it.

Upcoming events and getting there

In November 2026 the listings included B3K Invites NY on November 6 and MPH in the Main Space on November 28, alongside concerts on other nights. The address is 52-19 Flushing Ave, Maspeth, NY. Bring a photo ID for club events; guides say a passport is accepted. New York State law stops alcohol sales at 4am (ABC Law §106), so long events carry on without a bar after that. Tell us on WhatsApp which event you have in mind and how many you are, and we'll help with tickets or a group plan.
