All year
Le Bain is the classic: the top floor of The Standard, High Line, with house and disco from Wednesday to Sunday and views over the Hudson. Somewhere Nowhere, on the 38th and 39th floors of the Renaissance New York Chelsea at 112 W 25th St, has a pool for the day and a club at night. The Fleur Room is a glass lounge on the 35th floor of the Moxy Chelsea, with open format, house and R&B and more of a club feel late on Friday and Saturday.

Harbor, at 621 W 46th St, plays hip-hop, R&B and top 40 under a retractable glass roof, so it works in winter. The DL on Delancey St has three floors and a retractable roof, with open format on the rooftop and Rooftop Saturdays. PHD Rooftop, on the 12th floor of the Dream Downtown on W 16th St, runs a Friday party. On the Lower East Side, The Club sits on the 14th floor of the Hotel Indigo at 180 Orchard St, with DJs from 11pm on Friday and Saturday. The Eagle in Chelsea and Musica in Hell's Kitchen also have roof decks.

Summer only
Marquee Skydeck, on the open-air deck of Edge at Hudson Yards (100th floor), is the highest club night in the city. Its 2026 season opened on May 1 and ran into the fall; 2027 dates are not out yet. Elsewhere's Rooftop in Bushwick and Superior Ingredients' roof in Williamsburg run day and evening parties in the warm months and return in spring.

Lounges, bars and what's unclear
Some famous high places are not clubs. Avenue Sky Lounge, on the 101st floor at Edge, is a cocktail lounge, and Magic Hour at the Moxy Times Square is a rooftop bar, so they are not on this list. Hotel Chantelle on Ludlow St, long known for its rooftop, still shows up in listings, but we found no dated 2026 event, so we are leaving it out until we can confirm it.
Dress code
Rooftop clubs are Manhattan table clubs at heart: no athletic wear, shorts or caps, and The Fleur Room is listed as strict.
