The building

Knockdown Center took over an industrial glass factory built in 1903. It isn't a club with fixed weekly nights; it's a venue that programs events, from techno and house parties to pop concerts, art shows and performance.

What's on

Everything runs by date. In November 2026 the calendar mixes concerts, like Boy Harsher on Nov 5 and Headache on Nov 12, with club nights such as B3K Invites NY on Nov 6 and MPH in the Main Space on Nov 28. Some events are long day-into-night parties, so check the start and end times on the listing, not just the date.

The Ruins

The Ruins is Knockdown Center's outdoor space, used in summer, and the place for Sunday day parties. In 2026 it hosted Tiki Disco on July 19 and SG Lewis on Aug 21. It's closed for the winter; outdoor dates for 2027 aren't out yet.

BASEMENT is separate

BASEMENT shares the address but not the door. It's the techno club in the brick tunnels below, with its own entrance, its own nights (Friday and Saturday into the morning) and strict no-phone rules. If your ticket says BASEMENT, don't line up at Knockdown's main entrance.

Practical notes

Bring photo ID; the venue accepts passports. Maspeth is an industrial corner of Queens, so plan the trip home before the night starts. Nowadays in nearby Ridgewood is the other big name on this side of Queens.
