A three-floor factory for one-off nights
Time Out reported in April 2025 that DJ and promoter Elle Dee was turning an old chocolate factory on Scott Avenue into one of Brooklyn's new club spaces. The building has three industrial floors and a Void sound system, and it books house, techno and dubstep nights. It is a rental venue, so there is no fixed schedule: it opens when a party is booked, and tickets are sold by event. Autumn 2026 listings included October 17, November 14 and November 27. If you want to know what's next, message us on WhatsApp.
